Description::

Geolink's Nevod is a user - friendly intelligent integrated wireless telemetry modem that provides advanced features without complicated system setup and is designed for DIN-rail mounting. It's a perfect choice for today's demanding automation and control applications. Workingin the license free ISM band, Nevod offers the most popular features required for telemetry and SCADA systems and allows connecting to virtually any remote site equipment.

Nevod provides virtually real-time transparent data transfer. Data being transmitted is packetized internally by the transmitting modem, and reconstructed by receivingmodem, thus allowing fully transparent transmission. Packetscan travel rather complicated routes, passing a numberof intermediate Nevod modems, allowing complexradio network structures. Addressing and routing setup iseasily programmable via the PC terminal or notebookconnected to RS-232 interface.

Data-activated transmission feature allows to configure modem to start the transmission after one or several of the data-dependentconditions arise, such as required number of bytes are in transmit buffer, or required character encountered in data, or required number of milliseconds passed after the last character was placed to transmit buffer.

Digital error correction and CRC-test allow error-free data transmission, invalid data never comes to or from remote sites.

Nevod employs narrow-band transmission, allowing achievingbeyond competitor connection ranges with relatively low output power.

Nevod's flexibility and cost efficiency makes it a perfect choice for most popular applications.
